Una fresca preparazione da servire come antipasto.
Ingredienti (per 4 porzioni):

2 mele fuji,
200 gr. di salmone affumicato a fette,
1 vasetto di panna acida da 180gr. circa,
1 limone,
sale e pepe

Preparazione.
Spremere un limone e mescolarne il succo con la panna acida, lasciar riposare in frigorifero per qualche ora.
