I-MO: The Hunger Bites

Ingredients:

radicchio,
lettuce,
Belgian or fennel,

For the vinaigrette:

4 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice,
one measure of oil,
a teaspoon of salt,
ground pepper
a teaspoon of mustard.
