Here is a typical recipe of Bagno di Romagna, for a cream to keep and enjoy over time.

1 liter of whole milk or partly skimmed milk
800 ml of alcohol (or brandy)

Muffin light "light" sweet or savory

The muffins "light" or light, are an interpretation of the traditional recipe of the muffins in a "diet". Unlike the traditional recipe, do not contain butter, and the use of egg whipped light increases further.
