Bolzano Asparagus Sauce

A great sauce to accompany asparagus (particularly those of Terlan).
Ingredients (serves 4):

2 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon chives
extra virgin olive oil,
vinegar,
salt

Inevitable accompaniment for each dish of boiled meat and fish dishes cooked but served cold.

100 grams of parsley
2 tablespoons salted capers
4 olives, 2 gherkins, pickled onions 2, any pepper (ground) pickle.
