Shortbread biscuits and jam (or, why not, Nutella)

Simple shortbread cookies, a sweet but always successful! Some prefer them with Nutella ...
Ingredients (for a plate of cookies):
500 white gr.farina
butter 300 gr. at room temperature
200 g caster sugar.
4 egg yolks
Vanilla 1 bag
grated rind of one lemon
jam at will, or Nutella
