Creme Caramel with Thermomix

Here's how to use Thermomix for the preparation of this classic dessert. A recipe for Momo, our expert Thermomix.

Ingredients.

1 liter of milk
250 gr. sugar
a twist of lemon (or orange or a teaspoon of vanilla extract, depending on taste)
6 eggs
3 tablespoons water

Here's how to prepare the pastry cream: a cream base for many desserts (cakes, puddings, ...) a great classic pastry and a real wild card to serve as a dessert.

4 egg yolks
100 gr. sugar
50 gr. flour
1 liter of milk
1 vanilla pod or the zest of one lemon
