The crackers are simple fritters flavored with aniseed and lemon peel.
Ingredients:
400 g of flour,
2 eggs,
80 g of sugar,
30 g of oil,
30 g of anise,
grated rind of half a lemon,
half a bag of baking powder,
a pinch of salt,
Oil for frying
