A good first, the unusual kitchen.
Ingredients (for 10 persons):

300 gr. flour
100 gr. soft butter
100 gr. of water
1 egg
oregano and salt to taste

For the filling:

150 gr. pitted black olives of Gaeta
10 anchovy fillets
150 gr. scamorza

trenette 400 g
3 cloves of garlic
anchovies (salted or in oil)
chilli

Ingredients (serves 6):

6 veal shanks, about g 200/220 each
60 g butter
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons of triple concentrated tomato
the peel of half a lemon, yellow part only
1 bunch of parsley
4 desalted anchovies
salt
olive oil
white flour
water
