Meatballs steamed (with Thermomix)

As always, this recipe is suitable to be prepared even without ilBimby.

Ingredients.

  • 500 g of meat minced veal ,
  • a stale bread roll soaked in milk,
  • parsley,
  • spoon half of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs,
  • salt

Preparation.

Place all ingredients in the bowl: 20 Speed ​​4 sec.

Shape into small balls and place them in Varoma.

Introduce a pint of water in the bowl and a half lemon into pieces including the peel.

Place the Varoma: 20 min Varoma speed 3. Arrange the meatballs on a serving plate and HANDSET possibly cover with the sauce recipe "Fusilli colored crust" .

Garnish with peel lemon , cut into thin slices.

For those who did not have the Thermomix , you can mix the ingredients with a normal food processor and steamed in the traditional way (eg on hard bamboo, or with the appropriate tool for the steamer that fits into a normal pot. I'm more comfortable bamboo discs.
