Shortbread biscuits and jam (or, why not, Nutella)
Simple shortbread, but always a gentle successful! Some prefer them with Nutella ...
Shortbread biscuits and jam
Ingredients (for a plate of cookies):
- 500 gr.farina white
- butter 300 gr. at room temperature
- granulated sugar 200 gr.
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 package vanilla
- grated rind of one lemon
- jam at will, or Nutella
Preparation.
Mix the flour first sieved with butter. Or add all other ingredients.
Let the dough rest, sealed with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out and hands (passing cool them under running water), with the special "copapasta" cutting disks, half with the hole in the middle, half without.
Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray, greased cartaforno above, introduced into the oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes when imbiondiscono remove plaque.
Allow to cool.
Spread the cookies with the whole jam (or Nutella ) and sovrapporrre with those drilled in order to achieve a sort of "mini-sandwiches."
Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
