Prepare the coffee liqueur

Another great classic from the liquor homemade. Some people like it warm or with addition of anise .
coffee liqueur
Ingredients.
- gr.125 ground coffee
- 500g sugar
- cl.200 pure alcohol
- cl.500 water
- 1 glass of water
Preparation.
Put the coffee in cold water and boil, stirring, then filtered.
Boil sugar in a glass of water (do not caramelize), combine the coffee.
Allow to cool.
At this point add the alcohol and bottling, the liquor is ready in 3 days.
