Creme Caramel with the Thermomix

Here's how to use the Thermomix for the preparation of this sweet classic. A recipe for Momo, our expert Thermomix .

Ingredients.

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 250 gr. of sugar
  • a slice of lemon (or orange or a sachet of vanilla, depending on taste)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water

Preparation.

Boil a quart of milk. Leave it to the pan.

In Thermomix : 200gr sugar + zest of a lemon / orange / one packet of vanillin, pulverize: 20 sec to vel.7

Add 6 eggs: 15 sec vel.5
Then pour the milk: 15 sec vel.5

In the meantime, take a pan, put it on the fire, with 50 grams of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water.
Without touching, wait until you dissolve sugar and water to take up color ... beige. No more dark!
Take the pan (it is hot, use oven mitts!) And spread evenly over the caramel .

Pour the mixture with the Thermomix in the pan.
Bake at 200 degrees, about one hour long (removed when the surface color).
