Kourabiedes – piccoli biscotti a base di pastafrolla

I Kourabiedes, ricetta greca, sono biscottini a base di pasta frolla ricoperti da zucchero a velo. Come sapore e consistenza, ricordano molto gli shortbread inglesi o le galettes bretoni.

Ingredienti.

  • 250 gr. di burro
  • 350-400 gr di farina
  • 1-2 tazzine di zucchero
  • una presa di sale
  • zucchero a velo (per la decorazione)
